Monday night was a sad occasion as it was our Padre’s final parade with the squadron. Paul Harper has been our padre for 13 years and he will be missed by all the staff and cadets. He has been an excellent mentor, giving support and guidance to the cadets whenever it was needed.
He has also regularly given up his time to take the cadets to RAF Leeming for Air Experience Flying.
Paul conducted his last enrolment for two new cadets before being presented with gifts from the squadron. The cadets honoured him with a march past to mark the end of his time with the Air Training Corps.
