Over the last few weeks, the Year 6 children, Miss Cooper and Mrs Nixon have been working their magic to create a show-stopping leavers performance taking a trip down memory lane of their favourite memories of their time in St. Francis’. It was fantastic to enjoy this with the whole school and invite the parents, carers of the children and other members of our St. Francis’ family.
On Monday, the Year 6’s attended their prom. The children dressed up and got their dancing shoes on (so did the staff). Thank you to ‘Twice as Nice’, a fantastic company who set up all the entertainment, food and music. The children had an amazing time! Our Prom King and Queen for 2022, voted for by the children and staff of St. Francis’ were; Naomi and Finley.
Thank you to everyone who has been involved with the teaching, nurturing and supporting of our Year 6 children! You have helped us to ensure your children can become the best they can be!
After a busy 4 years it is time to say goodbye to our Year 6’s at St. Francis’ Junior school. We have been through some highs and lows together and all the staff can honestly say what an amazing, resilient group of young adults they are: that make us proud in everything they do. We can’t wait to see what you do in the future but, for now, goodbye, good luck and don’t be a stranger! We hope you all have an amazing summer and can’t wait to see you all in September.
