Dear Sir,
As a prospective customer to one of the companies who advertise through your illustrious magazine, I have a question . . . When you advertise that ‘no job is too small’ for you to be interested, why do you not have the decency to at least return my calls?
Four times I called this company and I am still awaiting a common courtesy reply to at least tell me you are either:
1: Too busy, or
2: You can’t do the job.
Just replying to my calls would have satisfied my enquiry. I have since found another company, that not only replied, but are going to do the work.
