Dear Sir,
I was visting my sister for the weekend when on Friday 21st November had a bad pain in my ear which started to bleed. I managed to get an appointment at Bishop Auckland Hospital that evening and I would just like to thank the staff for getting me booked to see a doctor that evening at such short notice. I live in Wakefield and am grateful to the hospital. Keep up the good work you are a credit to the nhs.
