Our Mayor Wendy Hillary and her husband Jed joined Darlington Mayor Gerald Lee and his wife Ruth at Hartlepool on Saturday, 21st March at a military parade in the town. This followed a ceremony granting the Freedom of the Borough of Hartlepool to the Rifles Regiment.
The Band and Bugles of The Rifles played in Victory Square followed by an inspection and a formal parade around the town.
