Thursday 1st October 2015 marked the beginning of a new chapter for our charity organisation. Newton Aycliffe MIND ceased and The Hub of Wishes began. The re launch saw a excellent turn out from the community and our centre was opened by The Mayor of GATC Mary Dalton and MP Phil Wilson.
The Hub of Wishes was dedicated to the memory of our former manager Muriel Gordon, and her husband David Gordon and members of her family unveiled a plaque in her memory.
The day was a great success and Chairman Peter Hillary spoke of our future plans to make our organisation stronger and more successful as we are now running independently.
