On 8th March Kim Chung Do Kwan opened the doors of its Newton Aycliffe Club. There was a demonstration provided by existing members and a meet and greet for anyone interested in joining. Master Hannah offered thanks and praise to the students who came to support the opening.
Kim Chung Do Kwan is part of the Mudo Academy a traditional Martial Arts Club, focused on improving the self confidence and mental and physical health of its students through self defence training and mediation.
Anyone interested in improving their wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment is welcome to come along to Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre on Tuesdays from 7.00 – 8.00pm in the Red Sports Hall.
