At our fantastic Christmas Extravaganza last week we showcased the work of two of our talented local artists who will be running courses at Greenfield Community & Arts Centre from January.
Lindsay Peter is a jeweller who will be demonstrating Soumak, Fishbone, weaving, and beaded techniques amongst others over 8 weeks to create unique jewellery. Anna Cole creates hand printed textile accessories, and over 5 weeks will show participants hand sewing techniques, including embroidery to make pieces to take away. Both of these courses will include materials and are a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of our talented local artists.
These are just a selection of the courses on offer for young people and adults at Greenfield Arts, which include French, Spanish, singing, guitars, flower arranging and more.
