A draw took place on Monday 13th October 2014 to pick the three lucky winners who returned their Neighbourhood Plan Questionnaire by 7th October 2014.  There was a great response, 708 questionnaires were entered into the draw. The winners were chosen using a computer number generator, which was filmed by Newton News and Aycliffe Today.
