As you may be aware, Angela Corner the Community Neighbourhood Engagement Officer employed by the Town Council to undertake the preparation of the Great Aycliffe Neighbourhood Plan, left on the 4th August to take up a permanent post in Middlesbrough.
Chrissy Walton will be the main officer for the Neighbourhood Plan, with technical assistance brought in where required.  If you would like more information, you can contact her on 01325 300700 and she will be happy to talk to you.
The next stage in consultation is being prepared – ‘Your Issues, Our Proposals’ – and will be widely available towards the end of October, when residents will have a further opportunity to comment.
Diary date – On Thursday 1st October there will be a Neighbourhood Plan consultation and update drop-in session, open to all residents and businesses, at the Youth Centre from 4pm – 7pm.  More information to follow.
