Covid has had a dramatic effect on the Aycliffe community for the past three months and unfortunately Newton Aycliffe Youth & Community Centre (NAYCC) has been one of the organisations forced to close to the many groups and charities that use its facilities. During lockdown our focus has been on keeping the building safe and secure.
However, we have some good news for existing and potential new customers! We have now commenced deep cleaning the facilities and are looking to complete the required health and safety measures during July.
It is our intention therefore to seek to offer a phased return to the facilities during August and September. All existing clients will be contacted directly to assess their needs and to agree together that the Covid arrangements are fully in line with Government requirements.
