Elisabeth Yaneski (left) competed in the Scottish Masters National Championships on Friday 19th April and took the Gold Medal in the 800 Freestyle. This was a great performance and was the result of an intense programme of work leading up to the competition. She is pictured with team mate Hannah Featherstone whose Gold medal success was reported in last week’s Newton News.
