Ben Goldscheider (horn) and Richard Uttley (piano) will be performing works by Beethoven, Strauss and Schubert, amongst many other composers, at the next concert in Bishop Auckland Music Society’s 2019 concert series which takes place on Friday, 19th July at 7.30pm in Bishop Auckland Methodist Church, (opposite the hospital).
Since reaching the Final of the 2016 BBC Young Musician Competition where he performed with the BBC Symphony Orchestra at London’s Barbican Hall, Ben Goldscheider has made his concerto debuts at venues including the Berlin Philharmonic, Lucerne Culture and Congress Centre and London’s Royal Albert Hall. He has won various prestigious competitions and in 2012 was the youngest participant in the London Symphony Orchestra Brass Academy.
