A man was observed getting out of his car allowing his Alsatian dog to roam without a lead on the Green near The County at Aycliffe Village.
The dog did its business and the man picked it up in a bag for disposal. However the same person followed the man and his dog to his home in Heighington Village!
Why did he think it was OK to foul Aycliffe Village Green when his village has more rural dog walks?
Even picking dog muck off a green can leave some mess behind carrying a danger to children playing.
