Readers of Newton News are being invited to take to the large dance floor at Coundon & Leeholme Community  Centre at Leeholme (DL14 8HN), for their weekly Monday afternoon Tea Dance. Live music is played by local organist Graeme Scarlett and dancing is from 2pm – 4pm with a break for Tea or Coffee and fresh home made cakes. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the afternoon, new and non-dancers are also encouraged to take part whatever your standard. Admission is payable at the door and is only £3 including refreshments. Local buses stop outside the centre, and for car owners there is ample free and safe parking.
