The Shildon Model Railway Club will be holding its 31st Autumn exhibition of model railways on the 7th and 8th of October at the Locomotion Museum Shildon. The event is one of the largest exhibitions in the North of England and has attracted twenty five model railway displays from all over the country.
The gauges of layouts to be displayed include: N, OO, O, and more! Model railway displays of various subject matters, eras, and gauges will be on display at the Locomotion!
Nearly forty traders selling model railways, railwayana, and collectibles will also be attending. In addition the Locomotion will also be running Steam Locomotive rides both days. A small charge will apply.
Admission to the event is FREE along with free car parking and is open from 10.00am both days.
