“When is he coming”? This is the theme of November’s Messy Church, on Saturday 18th November at 4pm – St. Clare’s Church.
In the busy weeks ahead of Christmas we will think about how we can prepare for that special day – with a mixture of Advent-themed crafts, story and song.
Come along and make your own Advent wreath to take home, decorate a star of Bethlehem biscuit and help get crafty on our advent banners which we hope will decorate the church through the advent season.
Explore the coloured shaving foam patterns and candle prayers. After crafts we then join together for our celebration time followed by a delicious tea of pasta, garlic bread and yoghurt with biscuits. We welcome you all – new or familiar to Messy – a relaxed, friendly, Family Church ending at around 6.00pm.
Messy Church welcomes donations to help future sessions to take place – a donation box will be at the back of church and we thank you for your offering.
