Dear Sir,
I thank our Town Council for the great firework display which I attended with my son, however it was completely spoiled by the dreadful noise – I won’t call it music! It was so loud it not only assaulted my ears, but the very ground I stood on vibrated. I am sure the people of Shildon would have heard the noise.
I usually enjoy the crackle and bangs of fireworks but this was impossible as the din from the sound system was so overpowering.
This was supposed to be a visual display of fireworks not a Rap Concert.
