NAJFC Under 9’s,Under 10’s, Under 13’s and Under 15’s
Newton Aycliffe Junior Football Club has received £2,000 sponsorship from Livin. The money sponsors the Under 9’s, Under 10’s, Under 13’s and Under 15’s for this season and into 2014.
The sponsorship was received last year and NAJFC want to show everyone the difference this sponsorship has made. A photo shoot was held on 26th January 2013. Newton Aycliffe had snow but everyone made the effort to meet, which enabled Livin and the Club to take pictures to show how proud they are in the new football strips.
NAJFC presented Robbie McCormack from Livin with a framed football shirt displaying the Livin logo. A spokesperson from the club said “This is the start of a long relationship between Newton Aycliffe Junior Football Club and Livin”.
Purchasing four new strips has enabled NAJFC to help street kids in North Africa who will recive the old strips.Colin Coulthard (Under 15’s Manager/Coach) has liaised with the Street Kids charity which aims to give disadvantaged children who enjoy a game of football the chance to wear football strips, something that previously they could only dream of.
All old kits go to this charity and a while ago Colin received this message “The lads send their love to you. To me and the boys you gave it for a worthy cause. With time, you will realise how much you are appreciated by the bunch. They send their love and I hope one day, your name will be written in my people’s history”.
NAJFC purchase all their football strips from Avec (Just Sport Group) in Spennymoor. Thank you to Jonathan for all his help with these strips, the teams all look fantastic.
