Homes and communities organisation, livin, is celebrating after gaining the highest possible rating as part of a Regulatory Judgement for housing providers.
The Regulatory Judgement, issued by the Homes and Communities Agency, is an assessment of housing providers with more than 1,000 homes regarding their compliance with three economic standards; Governance and Viability, Value for Money and Rent Standards. The regulator’s assessment on compliance with the Governance & Financial Viability Standard is expressed in grading’s from G1 to G4 for governance and V1 to V4 for viability. livin received G1 standard for Properly Governed and V1 for Viable.
