Dear Sir
As a resident of Malvern Way for 8 years, I have noticed the street looking so depressed during the Christmas season!.
In all honesty, I am slightly hypocritical as I haven’t put any lights up for a while but I will do this year, and I urge  other residents to embrace the season!. It only happens once a year, why waste the feel good factor? Ho! Ho! Ho!
