Newton Aycliffe Cricket Club are delighted that Lift Right Fork Lift Training have agreed to continue as the main senior shirt sponsor. For the third consecutive season both the first and second teams will wear the Lift Right logo on the front of their cricket whites.
Club Chairman Ian Palmer said “We are delighted that Lift Right have agreed to continue their sponsorship of the senior teams, particularly as we prepare for our first season in the North Yorkshire and South Durham League”.
It has been a busy time at the cricket ground as the club prepares for the forthcoming season. Substantial funding, obtained with the help of GAMP, has seen new sightscreens and covers arrive at Moore Lane during the last few weeks and this weekend’s NatWest Cricket Force will see an army of volunteers down the ground painting and generally tidying up to make sure that the ground is pristine for the start of the season on Sunday 14 April.
The first weekend sees Newton Aycliffe 2nd team away to Seaton Carew before a home double header weekend on 20/21 April.
On Saturday 20 April Newton Aycliffe 1st team welcome Yarm 2nd team before on Sunday 21 April Newton Aycliffe 2nd team welcome Darlington RA 3rd team.
