Would you like to attend free workshops at your local Library, preparing for a performance of ‘My Granny is a Pirate’?
Newton Aycliffe Library are hosting two workshops – Friday 27th September 10.30am,  duration 1½ -2 hours art workshop, preparing pirate props and costumes to use in the performance. Monday 30th September at 2.00pm  Duration 1 hour. Music workshop, creating sing-a-long pirate tunes and using recycled bounty to make instruments.
The performance of “My Granny is a Pirate” is to be held at the Library on Friday 18th October at 10.30am.
Whilst there is no charge for taking part in the workshops, there will be a charge of £1.00 per child for the performance. Please contact Library Staff (Tel. 03000 269519) for further details or to book places.
