The next face to face peer support group is on Thursday 1st August 2024 at 6.30pm in the Youth Centre, Newton Aycliffe. Come along for a cuppa to chat about peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. Very informal, small group, open to everyone (not just the ladies!).
