St. Clare’s Church in the Town Centre will be holding their soup lunches for the 5 weeks of Lent.
Starting Tuesday February 19th with the last one being Tuesday Mach 19th. There will be a short Service at 12 noon in church itself followed by a choice of soup and roll with tea/coffee and biscuits in the church hall afterwards.
After lunch there will be a short reflection period based on ‘Healing and Reconciliation’. The soup lunch is priced at £3.50 – proceeds will go to a chosen Lenten Charity.
You are very welcome to attend the service/lunch/reflection, or just part of it. Soup will be served 12.30. Come along for a mixture of faith and fellowship before the Easter celebrations.
