Receive an understanding of what is meant by Manual Handling. Identify control measures that can be taken to reduce risk of injury. Learn safe manual handling techniques
If you are in receipt of Employment Support Allowance [ESA] or Job Seekers Allowance [JSA] the course is FREE, if not a small charge of £9-20 is applied.
You can progress to Levels 2, 3 and 4 qualifications in Health & Safety, NEBOSH etc.
