Things are going well at the UTC with the building work on track for opening in September and over a hundred students signed up to join next year already.  They are now recruiting staff and working on programmes for visits, placements and projects.
The second deadline for student recruitment is 1st March and the UTC might be a very good opportunity to get a head start to a fantastic career.
This is an exciting opportunity for teenage children from September.  UTC South Durham will open on the Aycliffe Business Park and is a technical school set up by Hitachi. Gestamp Tallent and the University of Sunderland. Here’s how you can find out more.
