We would like to announce the very welcome donation of PCs to Citizens Advice County Durham from Lane Systems Ltd, who are an IT Business Partner with offices in Fishburn and Gateshead.
Lane Systems have provided invaluable IT support during a time of great change when 6 local Citizens Advice offices across County Durham merged to become Citizens Advice County Durham.
We assisted over 17,000 unique clients in the last year with a number of issues and with the modernised IT resources we aim to far out-strip this figure.
In an increasingly digital world we are aware that digital advice will become more important in the future and with Lane Systems continued support we hope to achieve a more innovative and accessible service for the people who live, work and study in County Durham.
Citizens Advice County Durham is primarily a volunteer led organisation and the donated PC’s will enable volunteers in our 10 sites to give good quality advice people need.
