Dear Residents,
I would like to say a huge thank you to everybody who voted in the Woodham By-election last week. Being elected to the town council is both an honour and a responsibility. I will continue to work on local issues and look forward to speaking to many more people across the area.
Most critically our eyes must now turn to the County Council and the expected election in May for the North Aycliffe & Middridge Division.
If we are to truly improve our area and get fair council tax, we must make sure we have County Councillors standing up and leading on this issue.
This is why I will stand for the County Council next, and continue to fight for the whole area and indeed the whole of Newton Aycliffe to get fair council tax.
