Seven volunteers turned out to help with the annual Spring Cleanup in Middridge, last Sunday. The task was made less onerous as it was a lovely fine morning.
The main problem in the village is from motorists who throw out fast food containers not to mention the odd (empty) bottle of spirits. However it was pleasing to find that there were fewer bags collected this year so a big thank you to villagers and visitors for keeping our village so tidy.
