Shine Children’s Choir just keep on getting better and better, with another fantastic Nativity production across the weekend and sell out shows. Simply wonderful, with a joyous atmosphere at Sunday’s performance, everyone up dancing by the end! You told the story of the star, who shone to show others the way, so well.
Shine brought a tear to many an eye and sent goose bumps down your spine. Wonderful solo performances and such enthusiasm and conviction in your message #followthestar – it’s just the beginning. Let’s celebrate.
We had a few VIP visitors over the weekend who were impressed by the scenery, costumes and commitment of the team. We have our first booking to sing in Durham Cathedral in 2020.
It’s great to be part of a choir family who look after each other so well.
A big shout out to all our parents who give their time to bring children to each and every practice. We do really appreciate your continued support.
Shine now has a well earned rest until 20th January, when we return with a Celebration Party.
