Last Thursday, just before the schools broke up for summer, Zanshin-Kai Karates Red Dragons (5 – 9 years) had their second grading of the year & the Instructors were pleased with the spirit, enthusiasm and effort shown by all the young students, who went on to successfully gain their new belts. Congratulations to the following: 3rd Mon Brown belt – Erin Sutherland, 4th Mon Purple belt – Travis Alton, Maisie Cochrane 7th Mon Green belt – Izzy Lambert, Thomas Towler, Ella Myers & Max Holehouse Our Red Dragons class is suited for children aged 5 – 9 years, although a waiting list is currently in place the next beginner’s induction class is scheduled to take place after the summer holidays. There is a separate class for juniors and adults on Sundays 4.00pm – 6.00pm & beginners and returning students are always welcome. If you have always wanted to try karate, then we would like to invite you to come and give it a try, all newcomers get a four week Free Trial. Come down, keep fit and have fun alongside the rest of your family, everyone welcome from 5 years upwards.
