Dear Sir,
Switching the lights off on the A167 through Newton Aycliffe and removing the lamp posts is social vandalism. How about removing every second light bulb in County Hall and reducing the wattage of the bulbs that are left to the lowest possible.
Maybe this will enable DCC to think more carefully about what it proposes to do
