Before the Easter holidays, Woodham Academy students were given the opportunity to celebrate their hard work, excellent attendance and behaviour by going on a trip to Inifinte Air, Durham. They all enjoyed a 2 hour jump session on the trampolines, working in small groups with a qualified instructor. Throughout the session, students worked in different areas including jumping into a giant foam pit, playing dodgeball and jumping from different platforms and heights.
Headteacher, Mrs Forsyth, believes it is vitally important to reward students for their hard work, dedication and effort. This contributes to a positive school environment, ultimately driving students to reach their goals and raising aspirations. Throughout the school year, students will have the opportunity to access a rewards trip at Christmas, Easter and summer.
