Rachel Armstrong and Kaylee Johns were given the opportunity to complete a Sky Dive in aid of a charity of their choice so they ‘Jumped’ at the chance. They entered along with many of our colleagues but were fortunate or unfortunate (depends on which way you look at it) to be picked. They have chosen Cancer Research and Epilepsy Research UK as their charities.
“We have chosen these charities as they are really close to our hearts. Rachel’s family has been effected by cancer, and she has seen it destroy lives. Kaylee’s Dad has epilepsy and has been effected by this for almost 27 years. Rachel’s brother in law has since been diagnosed with epilepsy so it’s an even bigger reason to raise for both” said Rachel.
They are holding a charity fundraising night at The Navy Club in Newton Aycliffe on the 24th of March to raise as much money as possible.
Tickets are £3 each. There is a live band playing to get in the groove then a DJ to dance the night away. There are lots of amazing raffle prizes to be won on the night so please get yourself down and help these worthy charities.
Tickets available at the Navy Club, or by e-mail: Rachel.Armstrong@baltictraining.com. Admission by payment at the door.
