Cardio Pilates is available at the Oak Leaf Sports Complex every Sunday 6.00-7.00 pm, is ideal for Beginners/Intermediate Levels, and still taken by the ever popular instructor Pat Kenneally.
Cardio – Pilates consists of 20 minutes of Hi/Lo Aerobics followed by 40 minutes of strong body sculpting Pilates. This class is designed to increase the strength of the heart and lungs, while reshaping your body and improving posture.
Pilates is a great way to condition your whole body, soul and mind. It’s not just exercise, Pilates leaves you refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well-being.
