I saw through your paper a lady warning dog owners of the fact that the vet had said her dog had been poisoned in Shafto area. I was walking my dog this morning and this is what I saw. I have these pieces of raw liver at home and the police are coming to get them to do tests, but I worry it may take some time to know the result. In the meantime I think people should be warned just in case. A. Charlton
Editor: Small amounts of liver is OK for dogs, but large amounts can cause problems. However if it has been deliberately laced with poison and left for animals to eat, this is a serious matter
