Whilst out for our daily walk this morning around Woodham Way, we were disgusted at the amount of dog mess on our pavements. There were also piles of dog mess outside the shops at Woodham – Unbelievable!
I really cannot understand why these owners cannot pick up after their dogs. I am not talking about a couple of piles of dog poo, but dozens. It is all over the paths and getting spread even further from people’s shoes.
There are plenty of poo bins available and poo bags cost pennies, so no excuse. There are even signs on the lampposts informing dog owners of a £1000 fine.
I wonder what responsible dog owners think when they walk on the paths and see the dog mess.
Can we therefore grow up, take responsibility for this filthy habit and pick up after your dogs?
