Even the threat of downpour, spirits weren’t dampened on what can only be called a fantastic day for the Ineos Golf Club.
The event was aa great example of how golf can help local charities with members donating items to make up food parcels for the unfortunate people struggling in our area.
Pictured below with Captain Ian Evans is Nora Brewster. Nora and others are locally known as the Busy Bees and are based in Shildon. They help many charities and collecting food items in the area is an important lifeline for many.
Pictured above is Stephen Howlett who won the 9 hole Stableford Competition with Dan Harrison 2nd and Robin Charge 3rd.
Others winners on the day were Graham Donelly, Dave Molyneux and Fred Clement.
