Great Aycliffe Indoor Bowls Club held their 2nd “Bill Potts Memorial Trophy Mixed Fours Open Competition”, sponsored by local firm Gordon Fletcher & Sons Family Funeral Directors.
Twelve teams competed over the weekend of 16th and 17th February, 2013 which everyone enjoyed. The winners were Ann Brown, Julie Robinson, Ian Robinson, Alan Metcalfe and Dave McDonald with 11 points/31 shots, followed closely by Dave Barron team with 10 points/36 shots, and in third place 2012 winners Sue Young team with 9 points/34 shots.
