The Hub of Wishes mental health charity, in keeping with the Western Area Community Centre refurbishment, also recently had their centre renovated. Many thanks to Livin’ who have supplied and fitted a super modern kitchen – this has made a huge difference to staff and kitchen volunteers.
Thank you also to staff and volunteers who gave their time to help decorate and assist with the refurbishment.
Small charities often don’t have the funds to make improvements to their environment. Recent funding has made it possible to decorate the ground floor of the centre, put down new flooring, purchase new chairs, blinds, curtains, etc. As our environment directly influences our wellbeing, everyone at the Hub of Wishes is thrilled to have a comfortable, bright but calm space to enjoy.
