We’ve been having a great time these past two weeks with the start of the Summer holidays here at Greenfield Arts!
Our Art Club have painted, printed and are moving on to sculpture next, this club will continue after school in September. Last Wednesday we made sculptures in the sunshine with artist Paul Belcher, and we have been enjoying Messy Play with Jilly Greenwood on Tuesday mornings – this week we exploded paint!
Fridays are film day, and last week we watched “Monsters University” in our own cinema (our Studio 2 was converted for the afternoon!). Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed these first 2 weeks, taking advantage of the great weather and being creative – thank you to all.
The fantastic programme of activities continues over the next four weeks, with Family Cooking supported by Livin, an Arts Passport trip and preparation for the Great Aycliffe Show!
