It’s been very busy around here recently. Some of the prickly ones have been so scared, because the storms have made so much noise, they have been poorly, however, I feel that they have started to turn a corner thankfully. It has not been easy at all.
I haven’t managed to get the time to do my fundraising Scratch Card, but things are starting to settle down now, I will need to fundraise because their money is short and I have had to buy meds etc. I also need sharps and microscope slides. Thanks go to everyone who has donated, Julia, Cath, Jackie and John, Lynda and Marian. Can I also thank June for making these poor souls the beautiful blankets, I use them quite a lot, they are in the wash every day, thank you June, also Valerie for her help fundraising too.
I would also like to tell my readers and followers that our house is officially on the market with Northgates, I need a bungalow, because the stairs are getting increasingly difficult to climb. It’s the beginning of a very long journey and, as we make progress, you all will be informed. The rescue will also get a better environment, much easier for me to run and care for these poor creatures.
Here is Buster, he has been quite a tricky one, because he doesn’t like being handled, but he is doing really well at over 800 grams.
Thank you.
