IMPORTANT MEETING TO DISCUSS THE EU REFERENDUM
There is still a lot of confusion surrounding decision making on the EU Referendum Vote on the 23rd June. I have had lots of people ask me questions about the advantages and disadvantages of staying with in Europe, questions which are repeated in the Press, radio and television and despite the massive media coverage confusion as to vote ‘In’ or ‘Out’ persists in the minds of many people
As this is probably the most important decision we all have to make in our lifetimes regarding our future and the future of our children and grandchildren it is important that we all vote and we know and understand what we are voting for. To help clarify the many issues, I have asked Phil Wilson, MP for Sedgefield, an ‘In’ supporter to explain why he feels so strongly about voting to keep Britain within the European Community.
I have also invited UKIP to send someone to speak on behalf of the ‘Leave’ Campaign but I have been informed that because of a regional meeting between their supporters there in know one available to join us.
So this is an ideal opportunity to come along to listen to Mr Wilson and put your questions to him face to face and listen to his answers in Heighington Village Hall on Monday June 20th starting at 7.30pm. Please do join us.
