Heighington travelled to Billingham missing both Maddix and Tyler. But started the game with Louie in goal, Kyleo and Liam at the back, Kenzi and Alex up top.. Alex opened the scoring, Kyleo then fired home a Free kick, however Billingham were working hard and pulled a Goal back and the Boys went in at HT 2-1 to the Good.
A penalty was awarded to the home team which they converted. This was now going to be a real test of Heighington’s character. The next goal would be huge and Heighington got it.
Kyleo scored a wonderful long range Goal before Alex got the 4th and 5th completing his Hat trick. Heighington saw the game out to win a tough, but thoroughly deserved 3 points
The second game was more subdued after the physicality of the 1st and Heighington started with Kenzi in goal, Kieran and Kyleo at the back and Zane and Archie up top
Kyleo was on fire and scored a quick fire double, one of which was a free kick. before Billingham pulled a goal back. he then smashed in his hat trick before drilling home a 4th. Archie brown who was a real handful then scored the 5th as Kieran assisted. HT saw Kyleo go in goal Alex came on in kenzis place and he quickly got his 20th of the season. Billingham pulled another back before Archie got his customary brace. Zane then got in on the act finishing well through the Keepers legs and Billingham scored a couple more to finish the scoring at 8-4
MOTM 1st game was Kyleo, second game was Kieran and Player of the Day was given to the whole squad for a battling display!
