Dear Sir,
We are still in the middle of winter, dark mornings and evenings, as well as the snow we have seen this week. Yet drivers seem to think that because they can see, that others can see them. Not only is that the wrong answer, it is also a dangerous mindset.
One morning, within a distance of approximately one mile, in the dark, I counted TWO vehicles with no lights, THREE vehicles daylight only showing on the front (no tail lights), FOUR vehicles with just sidelights, ONE vehicle with one front side light and ONE car with only one headlight and no side light. Later that day, during heavy snow fall, only a handful of vehicles with their headlights on.
Headlights are not only there for you to see, but so you can be seen by others.
