Half term activities are being held in a number of leisure centres across County Durham this October.
Children up to 16 years old can enjoy a range of activities at their local Leisure Centre between Sunday 25th October and Sunday 1st November.
Sessions, organised by Durham County Council, include a range of pool activities such as lifesaving, aqualearn crash courses, aqua fun, splash tots, rafts and floats, pool fun and waves, splash and slide sessions.
As well as pool activities, children can enjoy sports sessions including sports camps, football camps, dodgeball, multi-skills, mini tennis and dance workshops. There is a session to suit every child and it is a great way for children to be active, have fun and meet new people.
Costs range from £2.30 for a toddler time session to £23 for a week’s aqualearn crash course.
Customers can book activities by contacting their local Leisure Centre. For more information and timetables visit www.durham.gov.uk/youngactivities.
Leisureworks and 1Life are also offering a range of children’s activities over the half term break. For more information or to book visit www.leisureworks.net or www.1life.co.uk
