Ashley Hancock, 9 year old Vane Road pupil, had her long pony tail hair cut off for charity last week at Stephen Russel’s Salon in the Town Centre.
Ashley told Newton News: “I decided to cut my hair and donate it to the Little Princess Trust and make a girl suffering from cancer happy. I know they go through a lot and I wanted to give my hair to make a wig”.
Ashley sends her thanks to the hairdressers at Stephen Russel and everyone who has donated sponsorship money.
