Greenfield Arts are delighted to be able to offer young people the opportunity to earn an accredited Arts Council Arts Award and certificate. This is a chance for young people aged 7 – 12 to enjoy being creative and learn new skills with guidance from artist Dawn Belshaw.
The six-week course will be inspired by our current exhibition ‘Norman Cornish: A Man of Destiny’, a renowned artist who depicted the extraordinary in the everyday and was motivated by his passion for creativity.
This is a fabulous opportunity for young people who are interested in learning more about the arts and be able to produce their own artwork.
The course will run weekly each Thursday from 7th November until 12th December 2019, 15:30 to 17:30, at a cost of just £25 for the full course and you can enrol online via our website, www.greenfield-arts.co.uk
Dawn Belshaw is also resident artist at Greenfield Arts’ popular free Art Club, held each season during term-time on a Monday from 15:45 – 16:45. This crafty session has inspired young people to create wonderful artwork and learn new skills in a lovely environment.
