Dear Sir,
I’m not one for publicly voicing my opinion in such a way as this, however, when I went out to work I noticed the council had been out to cut the “Green Hill” near Simpasture. They had cut it recently leaving behind large areas of long grass which is understandable as this area is prone to flooding and has large boggy areas, but at least it looked neat.
This time round, even with the recent heavy rain, they decided to cut the whole green! As seen by the picture they have left an eyesore behind and did not even clear the grass off the paths. They have driven through boggy areas leaving turned up soil – Is there any sense to this?
